MavisRACKHAMPassed away peacefully on 3rd December, aged 85 years at Evergreens Care Home.
Mavis was a much loved wife of the late Harry, a loving mam, mother-in-law, nana and little nana, also a loving sister and auntie who will be greatly missed but forever in our hearts.
Service to be held at Whitley Bay Crematorium on Tuesday 19th December at 1:30pm.
Family flowers only by request. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Alzheimer's Society & Dementia UK. A collection plate will be available at the Crematorium.
All welcome afterwards to the Forest Hall Ex-Servicemens Institute (more commonly known as the British Legion), 26 Crescent Way North, Forest Hall, NE12 9AR.
