Grateful thanks are extended to all who gave donations for Holme Valley Patient Transport (Honley Surgery). Special thanks to Dr S Ali and all at Honley surgery and the Doctors and nursing staff on the medical assessment unit and wards 5B,C and D at Calderdale Royal Hospital for all their care, kindness and attention given to Denice, we are all most truly grateful. Our sincere thanks are also extended to Rev Martin Short at St Mary's Church for his pastoral care, visits and words of comfort at mum's funeral service.
