Alice had won a place at Cambridge University and was looking forward to a bright future.
She was much-loved by family and friends and her sudden death, on 13 January, 2009, aged 18, was a shock to them all.
Her mum, Christine, paid tribute to her, saying: "She was such a lovely girl - she was so lovely.

St Swithun's headmistress Helen Harvey said: "Alice was a highly intelligent, happy, well-liked member of the school community who played a full part in school life and had huge potential for the future. Everyone who knew Alice is shocked and deeply saddened by her death and our thoughts are with her parents and family."
Alice had been studying for four A-levels after achieving 9 A* GCSEs and had been offered a place at Gonville & Caius College Cambridge to study economics.
As well her mum, she was also survived by her father Peter, brothers William and Tom and sister Georgina.
