Suddenly but peacefully at home on 28th December 2024 our Pa fell asleep for the final time. A devoted husband to Evelyn. Much cherished father to Julie, Diane, Beverley, Barry, David and the late Stephen. Treasured father-in-law to Charlie, Robbie, Peter, and Louise. A loving grandad to Donna, Daniel, Nicola, Jonathan, Beccy, Matthew, Richard, Jayne, Bethany, Jamie, Chloe, Jak, James, Luke and Zak. An adored great grandfather to Megan, Millie, Joe, Rosie, Thomas, Oliver, Elliott, Albie, Freddie, Tilly and Lily. Respected neighbour and friend to many. A true gentleman. "Love is all around".
Please join in the celebration of his life at St Mary's Church, Norton on Monday 20th January 2025 at 11am followed by burial at Durham Road Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to The Hardwick Social Club thereafter.
