Loving wife to Fred (deceased), much loved daughter of the late Mavis and Pat Duffy, special sister to Tony, Edna, Kathy and Peter, sister-in- law to Joyce (deceased), Denis, Janice and Lyn, much loved aunty and great aunty. Our thanks also to staff at University Hospital for the special care Patricia received, also to her friends and colleagues and to the Radford and Coundon care staff who cared for Pat in her long illness.
