WilliamRATCHFORDPassed away peacefully in hospital on 29th November 2023 aged 87 years surrounded by family. Beloved husband to the late Mary Ratchford (nee Foy), much loved Dad of Maureen, Kathy, Marie, and Pat. Grandad to Ann, Peter, Michael, Laura, Cheryl, and José. Great Grandfather to Mia, Lacey, and Baby Henry, father-in-law to Jimmy and Mike.

Funeral service to be held at The Blessed Sacrament Church, Walton Vale, Wednesday 20th December at 10 am, followed by interment at Kirkdale Cemetery. Afterwards everyone welcome to join the family and friends in celebration of Billy's life at Longmoor Social Club, Fazakerley. Family only flowers please. Donations kindly accepted for the Forget Me Not -Dementia Cafe, North Merseyside Business Park Centre, Woodward Road, Kirkby, L33 7UY. A charity close to Billy's heart, where he sang danced and partied, and ate his favourite cake with friends.
