JoyRATH(Aged 79 Years) It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Joy at the Park Nursing Home surrounded by her family on Tuesday 30th May 2023. Joy will be forever in the hearts of her beloved husband John, loving children Stephanie, Bernadette and Steven. Mother-in-law to Antony and Chaz, A dearest Mamma to Teresa, Shaun, Junior, Damian, Jake, Sam and Caitlin, Great Grandma to Freya, Harry, Amelia, Tommy, Alaia, Kai- Reeve, Isaac, and Joshua ( RIP), Sister to Joan and Moira and dearest friend of Angela and Lorraine. The family would like to thank The Park Nursing Home for their love and care shown to Joy over the last 7 years. Thanks also to the Royal Derby Hospital and Ward 2 at the Florence Nightingale Community Hospital for their care, love and support shown to Joy and the family over the last 7 weeks. A mass dedicated to Joy's life will be held at St. Albans RC Church, Roe Farm Lane, Chaddesden, Derby on Tuesday 27th June at 11:30am followed by a cremation at Markeaton Crematorium, Derby. To celebrate Joy's life, please wear bright colours of your choice. By request no flowers please.
