JoanRAWSTRONMrs Joan Rawstron passed away at home with her family by her side, on Thursday, July 21, aged 81. A keen Burnley fan, Joan spent much of her working life as a machinist at Lambert Howarth & Sons. Joan leaves her husband Michael, daughter Sarah and partner Dave, son Maurice and wife Louisa, grandchildren Bobby, Jimmy, Becky, Jade, Angel, Sian and Izla, greatgrandchildren Grace and Tommy, and good friend Pat. Her funeral will take place on Friday, July 29, when Mr Damien Philips will conduct a Celebration of Life service and committal at Burnley Crematorium at 10am. Family flowers only please, however donations if desired in lieu of flowers will be gratefully received in memory of Joan to either Cancer Research UK or North West Air Ambulance, via the funeral director Sharon Aspinall for Agápe Funeral Service, Waterfoot.
