EileenREADMANPeacefully on Saturday 23rd January at her home in Formby. Eileen was born in South Shields on 17th September 1934 and came to Formby in 1967 with her beloved husband Brian and 4 children, Ruth, Claire, Helen and Ian. She was a wonderful, kind and loving friend, wife, sister, mother, grandmother to 7 grandchildren, and great grandmother to 4 great grandchildren. A small family service will be held for her at St Jeromes Church on Tuesday 9th February at 10am. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations to be made to Dementia UK on Eileen's behalf. I worked with Eileen as one of my first jobs in my career, what an amazing woman she was. Even though I left ipl in the early 90s I never forgot Eileen. She was a very kind person and loving. Of her family. She taught me so much and had a fabulous relationship with Brian. She made a great impression of me and the fact I wondered how she was doing all these years later and looked her up and saw this made me very sad. However i am sure she will never be forgotten.
