Albert ThomasREDFERN(Tommy) Pat, Louise and Matthew would like to give their heartfelt thanks to all relatives, friends, neighbours and former work colleagues for all the many kind and thoughtful messages of sympathy, cards and letters of condolence and generous donations to The Douglas Macmillan Hospice, following their recent sad loss of Tommy - a much loved husband, dad and grandad. We would like to extend a very special word of thanks to all the staff on the Douglas Macmillan Team, the District Nurses and the Palliative Care Team for all their kindness and care shown throughout Tommy's illness and for which we are so very thankful.
