Funeral Friday May 3rd, Service at St Peters Church, Alstonefield at 11am, prior to private cremation. Will relatives and friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the church.
No flowers please by request, donations may be sent if desired to The Ark, Ashbourne or The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at The Royal Derby Hospital.
