Beatrice MayREED01.06.1921 - 22.03.2008 The family of May (Beattie) wish to thank family, friends, neighbours and members of Green Street Methodist Church for all their cards, messages of sympathy and words of comfort in their recent bereavement. They would like to thank everyone who attended the service at the house and the committal at the cemetery, and all those who gave donations for Meningitis Trust in lieu of flowers. Warm thanks to May's nieces Marlene and Mair for their help at the house. Grateful thanks are extended to the carers of Hafod Care, Crossroads and the District Nurses who attended to May in the last six months, their thoughtful and tender care was invaluable. Thanks to Doctor Nair and Doctor Thomas's practice during her recent illness, thanks also to the Doctors, Ward Sister and staff, Ward 10, Prince Charles Hospital for the care and thoughtfulness they showed to May and her family during her final week. A special thank you to the Rev. Robin Wood for conducting the funeral service and committal with compassion and thoughtfulness. Finally, thanks to Richards Funeral Directors for their guidance, understanding and respect shown to the family at this sad time.
