David RoyREEDSuddenly and unexpectedly on 28th August 2023, Dave passed away whilst on holiday in Florida, aged 72 years.

Son of the late Roy and Hilda, beloved and devoted partner to Janice, a proud and loving dad of Nic, Chris and Helen, father in law of Shaun, Nadine and Mark, dear grandad of Kaitlin and James, brother to the late Christine, uncle to Lindsey and Kelsey, loved by Adam and Nikki and a great friend to many.

A service to celebrate Dave's life will be held at McMenemy's (Grimsby Town Football Club) on Friday 10th November at 1.00pm. All family and friends are invited to attend.

If desired, donations may be given on the day of the service to be shared between Parkinson's UK, Ark Animal Rescue and Prostate Cancer UK.

Worked with Dave at Tollbar when I was in PE Department. Was a very thoughtful person who had so much to give the students and colleagues. So sorry to hear this news but will hold onto my lovely memories of a lovely colleague. Always could make you laugh on the toughest of working days and always had your back. RiP

So so sorry to hear this news not only was he one of the best teachers he was a true gent.. I sold him a few homes over the years too ..very sad news taken too soon RIP Mr Reed you will be missed by all xx
