Lee, Julie, Chris, Lauren and Tom,
I have only just heard of the death of your dear father, Ray ! I happened to meet Jack Sullivan.
Ray was a good friend of my half brother Brian Hambly, for many years. They spent a lot of time together. He introduced me to Ray 16 years ago,
and I spent some time with him, also. He was the best councillor Plymouth never had !!! He will be sadly missed by many ; and was not afraid to speak his mind in public !
