JeanREIDJean passed away peacefully at her home on the 26th of December 2023 aged 102 years.

She will be so dearly missed by her loving husband Hunter and all of her family and friends.

A funeral service to celebrate Jean's life will be held on Tuesday 23rd of January 2024 at 1.30pm at Bramcote Crematorium in the Reflection Chapel.

Donations if desired may be given on the day of the service in loving memory of Jean and will go to support The Salvation Army, The Medical Foundation For The Care Of Victims Of Torture, Age UK and Medecins Sans Frontieres.

The strength and ability of a centenarian, so free.

Though the years had painted lines on your face,
You carried wisdom and grace with utmost grace,
Aged 102, yet your spirit shone so bright,
Inspiring us all with your sheer might.
