James WilliamRENDALLIt is with deep sadness that the family announce the death of Jim who passed away peacefully whilst in the care of Diana Princess of Wales in Grimsby, on Wednesday 23rd August 2023 aged 95 years. Jim was a retired British Railway Driver; he was a beloved Husband of Pat for 69 years. He was also an adored Father, a loving Grandfather, and a treasured Great Grandfather. Jim was a respected darts and snooker team member and a very good friend to many. Jim will be sorely missed by all who knew him. A celebration of Jim's life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Wednesday 20th September 2023 at 12 noon. By the family's request family flowers only but if so desired, donations may be made in lieu of The Health Tree Foundation Ophthalmology or given on the day of the service in Jim's memory.
