BettyRICHARDS(Nee Kirkland) Julie would like to thank family doctors and nurses at Mayfield Surgery, The Douglas Macmillan Hospice, Blurton District Nurses, Marie Curie and Crossroads sitters, AMG and Home First Carers, Grange Ward at the Haywood Hospital, Wards 76, 78, 79, 80 and 81 West Building at the R.S.U.H. Family friends Paula and Gordon, good friend and neighbour Ken, Anthony Emmerson and staff at Stoke City Football Club, management and staff at Mars/Wrigley. Also thanks to friends and neighbours that took the time to ask about Betty and for their cards and donations.
