William JosephRICHARDSSadly passed away on Oct 12th at the Royal Gwent Hospital, Bill aged 88 years, beloved husband of the late Patricia (Patty) and former proprietor of Cardiff Lock & Spring. Resting at Roy Larcombe, 56/58 Carlisle Street, Splott until the Requiem Mass at St Albans Church, Splott on Thursday Nov 14th at 11am, followed by Interment at Thornhill Cemetery for 12.30pm. Floral tributes may be sent to the funeral home.
