JaquelineRICHARDSONPassed away peacefully at Fieldhouse Care Home on the 5th November.

Loving mum to Adam and Rebecca, devoted grandma to Max, Jack and Lewis and a dear friend to many.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday the 29th of November at 1.20pm at Rochdale Crematorium.

Donations to Alzheimer's Society can be made in Jacqueline's memory.
