ShirleyRICKARDSIt is with deep sadness that the family announce the death of Shirley who passed away peacefully whilst in the care of Alderlea Care Home, Humberston on Monday 6th March 2023 aged 88 years. Adored Wife of John, a much-loved Mum of Craig, the late Julie and Mark, a Beloved Mother-in-Law of Janet, Chris and Bev, a loving Grandma of Rory, Alex, Lorna, Joel, Soren, Anna, Erin, Benjamin, Molly and Jemima, a treasured Great Grandma of Arya, Noah, Adam, Georgiana, Rupert, Sybil, Rafferty, Albie and Toby. Shirley was a cherished Sister-in-Law of Barbara and a dear Aunt to Jane, Simon, Marie, Carol, Andrea, Glen and Zoe. Shirley will be sadly missed by all who knew her. A celebration of Shirley's life will take place at St Matthews Church, Peakes Lane, New Waltham on Thursday 23rd March 2023 at 10:30 a.m. followed by a private burial at Humberston Cemetery By the family's request family flowers only, but if so desired, donations can be sent to Macmillan Cancer Support in Shirley's memory or given on the day of the service.
