StuartRIDLEYPeacefully on 26th April 2022, whilst in the care of Scunthorpe General Hospital and with his loving wife by his side, Stu aged 82 years sadly passed away. A much loved and devoted husband of Kath, a loving and caring dad of Mark, Andrew and Emma, a dearest father-in-law of Laura, Justine and Karen, a treasured grandad of Daniel, Charlie, Millie, Holly, Elizabeth and Ella, newly great grandad of Olive, a special family member of Deb and Rose, a good friend to many. Stu will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A service to celebrate Stu's life will be held at the Grimsby Crematorium on Tuesday 17th May at 10:30am. By request family flowers only please but if so desired donations in lieu may be sent to The Great Central Railway, Great Central Road, Loughborough LE11 1RW or RNLI Cleethorpes Branch, 22 Maegan Way, Cleethorpes DN35 8EW. We will miss you so much! Scrabble will not be the same but we will remember you whenever mum makes up a word and we have to check it in the dictionary. We will miss you when we make sand pies on the beach, go for paddles in the sea, seek new adventures or go to your beautifully stocked beer cellar!
