MillicentRIGBYPeacefully at rest on 2nd May 2023 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital in the presence of her loving and devoted family, Milly aged 85 years. The precious wife of Alan for sixty years, much loved mum of Mark, Liz and Dave and mother-in-law of Jane and Gez. Treasured nana of Daniel, Lois, Kate and Tom. Milly was a much loved sister and auntie and a loving friend to many who will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service on Friday 26th May 2023 at The Life Stream Church, Knypersley at 11.30am, followed by interment at Burslem Cemetery. No formal attire by request of the family. Mourners are invited to attend the church rooms for light refreshments after the funeral. Donations will be gratefully accepted for M H A Communities North Staffs in memory of Milly. We as a family have lots of fond memory’s of Millicent, especially me and jase my husband, milllicent and Allan used to have many youth events at there house, we absolutely loved the barbecues they held in the summer mnths, she made us so welcome, thank you Millie for your warmth and generosity and especially the lovely memory’s, may you know rest in peace xxx #teamchallinor 😘

Milly you have been our long term family friend for over 70 years. We have shared such wonderful holidays together as well as the special times worshipping together. We don't understand why our father took you so soon but we know you are safe and enjoying Heaven until we meet again. We will miss you so much and you will never be forgotten. Love you lots.
