JessieRIGGALLPeacefully on 28th October 2022 at the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital. Jessie aged 96 years. Jessie was the much loved wife of the late Owen. Loving mother of Anne and John, step mother of Pauline and the late Christine and Josie, dearest mother in law, treasured nanna, great nanna, sister, sister-in-law, auntie and very good friend to many who will be sadly missed.
