Service shall be held at the Chanterlands Crematorium
small chapel on Tuesday 7th January 2025 at 11am
Family flowers only please by request but donations if so desired may be left at the service in Ann's memory for Dementia UK /Alzheimer's society

-Mam what can I say? You’ve left me heart broken. I can’t believe you're gone, I’m so lost without you but I know you’re not in any more pain. I love you so much, you knew that I told you all the time. We were with you until the very end. I know your with dad and Sally now looking after them like you looked after all of us.
