Michael JohnROBERTSPassed away peacefully on 23 May 2023, aged 69. Dear husband and best friend of Susan. Following a private cremation, a service to commemorate Michael's life will be held at Almondbury Methodist Church on Wednesday 28 June at 11:30am. Family flowers only please. We have chosen The Kirkwood (Hospice) and Yorkshire Cancer Research for any donations in memory of Michael.

I was so sorry to hear the sad news about Michael.
Michael was a good friend of my late father Robert (Bob) Dearnley. Michael came to my house a couple of times after my father had passed away.
So so sad news Michael was a lovely kind man xxxx

A man of many talents and a vast range of interests who enhanced the lives of so many people in so many ways.

At his core, he was a wonderful friend for 50 years with an impish sense of humour and sage advice when called for.

Rest in Peace, Mike. You won't be forgotten.
