We sat by your bed mum, our hearts were crushed and sore, We held your hand until the end, til we could do no more, In tears we saw you sinking, and saw you fade away, And though our hearts were breaking we knew you could not stay. Gone from our lives but never from our hearts. Your loving son Dale & Carol.
