Service to take place in the Maplewood Chapel, Stockton Crematorium on Wednesday August 26th at 1pm. Friends please meet at the crematorium chapel.
No flowers please, any donations in lieu to The University Hospital of North Tees (ICU department), a donation box will be available at the crematorium chapel.
