It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Betty on 31 December 2023, aged 87 years.
Betty was a kind and generous woman who touched so many peoples’ lives. A loving and much-loved wife of 64 years to Peter; caring and supportive mother to Gail and Dawn and mother-in-law to Bob and Noé; devoted and proud grandma to Zoe and Jamie and caring great grandma to Aideen and Mara. She was giver of love, kindness and support to many other family and friends.

It was Betty’s wish that we celebrate her “good and very happy life” after her passing. The family would like to invite everyone to join them at St Mary Magdalen Church, Sir Thomas White’s Road, Coventry, CV5 8DR at 11.15am on Monday 22nd January 2024 for a celebration of her life. Please wear bright and cheerful colours.

There will also be a short committal service beforehand at Canley Crematorium Cannon Hill chapel at 9:45am. Anyone who feels moved to attend this is also welcome.

No flowers by request but donations, if desired can be made in Betty's memory to British Heart Foundation may be sent c/o Devall & Son Funeral Directors or made online via www.devallandson.com
