Jennifer Rose (Jenny)ROBSONPassed away suddenly at home. Beloved wife to Rob, treasured mam to son Paul and the late Robert. Jenny will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. Funeral is to be held at Consett Methodist Church on Friday 27th January at 10-15am, followed by cremation at Mountsett Crematorium. All are welcome for refreshments at Consett Methodist Church Hall to celebrate the life of Jenny. Family flowers only and donations in lieu, if desired, to Willowburn Hospice. I am so sad to hear the news of Jennifer’s passing, and I would have attended her funeral had I known.
Jennifer was my last teacher at Wharrier Street Junior School in Walker, Newcastle upon Tyne in 1963-64 year.
I remember her with fondness, and loved the class school trips to Northumberland, Alnmouth, Grace Darling’s Museum and Flodden Battlefield.
