Maurice JamesRODGERSMaurice passed away peacefully at home after a long illness bravely borne with his loving family by his side on Friday 21st March 2025 aged 83 years.
Maurice was a devoted husband to Muriel, a trusted father to Julie, Anthony & Peter, father in law to Natalie, and a special grandad & great granddad. Maurice will be sorely missed by all his family and many friends.
A service to celebrate Maurice's life will be held at St Peter's Church, Belper on Friday 25th April 2025 at 11:30am, any donations made in loving memory of Maurice will support the work of Bowel Cancer UK, these may be made at the service, online at rydefunerals.co.uk/donations or cheques made payable to the charity maybe sent c/o Thomas Ryde & Son Belper.
