Funeral Service and Cremation at Huddersfield Crematorium on Tuesday, April 21st at 12.30 p.m. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if wished may be given for The Transplant Trials Trust Fund at St. James' Hospital, Leeds c/o Radcliffe Funeral Service, 16 Westgate, Honley, Holmfirth, HD9 6AA, or a donation box will be available at the Service.
