David ThomasROGERSPassed away peacefully on the 5th May 2019 aged 83 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Perry Barr Crematorium on Thursday 30th May at 9.30am. Donations, if desired to Crohn's and Colitis UK.
