HazelROOKERnee Foster Passed away peacefully at the Royal Derby Hospital on Friday 25th October 2019, aged 62 years. Dearly loved wife of David, sister to Jean and the late Dennis, sister- in- law to Phillip, Tina, Paul and Zena, aunty to Daniel, Robert, Christopher, Nicola, Matthew, Jordan and Melanie and a great aunt to Chloe, Ronan, Isaac, Eve, Yvette, Norah, Felix, Aaron and Ralph. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. A Funeral Service will be held at Alvaston Parish Church, Church Street, DE24 0PR on Tuesday 26th November at 11:30am. Family flowers only please.
