RachelleROONEYAt rest on 1st August 2025 at the Douglas Macmillan Hospice, surrounded by her loving family, after a long illness borne with great courage and determination. Rachelle aged 62 years of Birches Head.
Devoted and much loved wife and best friend of 46 years to Chris, treasured mum of Sam and Paul, dear mother-in-law of Bob and Lauren and a cherished grandma of Dolce, Charlie, Bobby and Spencer. Rachelle will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends.
A service to celebrate Rachelle’s life will take place at Carmountside Cemetery Chapel on Monday 1st September at 11:15am, followed by interment in the Lawn Cemetery. Will relatives and friends kindly meet at Carmountside.
Formal mourning clothes not required, a splash of Rachelle’s favourite colours, green, blue and purple would be welcomed.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired for the Douglas Macmillan Hospice.
