SheilaROSE (NEE WILKINSON)Peacefully at home on 23rd May 2024. Beloved Wife of Johnny, devoted Mother to Donna and Jon. Mother in law to Jade and Abdul. Grandma to Jordan, Shelby and their partners Louise and Jamie, Natasha, Jack, Leo, Callum and Alia. Great Grandma to Toby, Narla and Sophie. Much loved Sister of Billy, Ian and Sharron. Sister in law, Aunt and Great Aunt to many. Daughter of the late Lesley and Ann.

A private cremation without service will take place on 11th June 2024.

Donations in Lieu of flowers if anyone wishes are to be made to the Marie Curie Hospice, Elswick, Newcastle.

Sheila requested that on the day of her cremation, friends and family listen to music by Elton John and Queen in her memory if you wish to do so.

2 whole years without you. It’s never gotten easier, you and Granda are constantly in our thoughts, even more so the last couple of months. Lots has happened since you left, I just wish you were here to see it, the good, the bad and the ugly, you always knew what to do and say.

We are keeping your memory alive, as you would have wanted, and cannot wait for a catch up and cuppa when I get there, keep it warm until I do.

Hi to Sheila’s family and friends. I was a good friend of Sheila and John, I lost contact with them both when I went to live in Norway in 1980. Could someone in the family possibly contact me to fill me in about John and Sheila? Our families were friends for years and we went to the same school. Please get in touch, thanks.

Happy Mother’s Day Mam. It breaks my heart that you aren’t here as you would have been spoiled and surrounded with love today as you have every year. They say time is a healer but I honestly think that time has stopped for me because my heart hurts the same today as it did the day you left us. I miss you so much and not a day goes by that I don’t think about you. I’m sure Dad found you the biggest bunch of flowers possible and you are celebrating today with him. We love and miss you more than words could express. Until we meet again Mam ❤️ xxx

Happy Heavenly birthday to my Mam, my Queen.
