DavidROSSDavid Allun Ross, aged 68, of Church Street, Haslingden, died on Monday, November 16, in Royal Blackburn hospital, after a short illness. David was a retired worker in the textile industry, having worked for both Birtwistles and Hamilton McBride in Haslingden. He leaves sisters, Anne, Helen and Carol and brother John, along with nieces and nephews. David was a lifelong biker and keen photographer, although probably best known locally for his computer skills and knowledge. The funeral took place at Accrington Crematorium on Tuesday, December 1 at 3pm, numbers were restricted due to Covid regulations. Anyone wishing to make a donation in David’s memory should do so directly to the British Heart Foundation. Funeral director: Johnson, Durning and Woods, Haslingden.
