ValerieROWEOf Ashby de la Zouch. Beloved wife to the late David, cherished mother to Gareth and Jonathan, and a dear sister to Elaine, as well as the late Alan and Janice. Valerie devoted her life to teaching at Richmond Primary School in Hinckley, where she inspired countless young minds. After a courageous battle with illness, she passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, September 1st, aged 71. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Valerie's funeral service will be held on Tuesday 17th September 2024 at 3.45pm at Bretby Crematorium.

RIP Mrs Rowe. So sad to learn of your passing. Pleasant memories of you teaching me at Richmond, followed by 2 of my children. You'll always be known as 'Scottish Mrs Rowe' by countless children to prevent mix ups with Mrs Row! RIP Mrs Rowe
