Jean MargaretROWLANDS24th October 2018 sadly passed away at the Countess of Chester Hospital aged 74 years. Much loved wife of Russell, loving mum of Joanne, mum-in-law to Neil, special Nan to Caitlin and Ella and a dear sister to George. Jean will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. A funeral service will take place at the Church of the Holy Ascension, Upton, Chester on Wednesday 14th November 2018 at 12.30 followed by committal at Chester crematorium.
