Dearest husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Memorial service to be held at St. Cuthbert's Church, Wells on Thursday 16th January at 2pm.

No flowers please, but donations for St. Cuthbert's Church & R.N.L.I. may be left at the service or forwarded to:
