A whole other year has passed Grandma. I still think of you every day. They say it gets easier… I think the grief just has more around it so you’re distracted by things. When I stop and think, the pain is still there same. Halle now has a little brother, Luke, but you already know that from your front row seat in the sky ;) 2024 has brought me a son and a complete family of four. I wish every day that our kids could meet you and have a cuddle, sneak some biscuits or choccies from the cupboard, and play cards with you. It kills me you’ll never meet Earth side but I talk about you all the time with them. Halle is really starting to understand now.

Merry Christmas mum. We remembered you & dad whilst around the table on Christmas Day. You both loved Christmas and the food in particular.

It’s been 7 years since you left us but we speak of you often with love and laughter in our hearts. We have a new addition to our family; Halle has a little brother who she adores. I think you would quite like him too. He pulls faces like you use to which is hilarious. Love and miss you so so much. X
