Lawrence PatrickRUSSELLIt is with profound sadness and regret that the family of Lawrence Patrick Russell announces his passing and the arrangements for his funeral.
Lol, was born on February 6, 1954, and he left us peacefully on June 3, 2026, at Aintree Hospital, surrounded by the love of his family at the age of 72.
🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️
He was a beloved husband to his wife, Teresa, and a devoted father, grandfather. 💔💔💔
A cherished member of a close-knit family, Lol was one of nine brothers and sisters, with whom he shared countless wonderful times and memories.💙💙💔💔💔💙💙
Lol's passion for his pigeons and his love for them will be sorely missed, as will his fondness for playing dominoes and supporting Everton FC-"Up the Toffees!"
His warmth and spirit touched all who knew him, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of his family.🕊️🔵⚽️
Dad, we will always love you, miss you, and remember you. The impact you've had on our lives shapes who we are, and we will be forever grateful. You will always have a piece of our hearts until we meet again. Good night, and God bless.💙💙💙💙
Family flowers only, donations would be welcome in Lols memory to the British Heart Foundation.
A Requiem Mass will take place at St John's RC Church, Fountains Road, at 12 noon on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, followed by burial at Ford Cemetery.
