What can you say about Uncle Jim, my early years he was mostly abroad but would visit my family whenever back in the UK. I recall a memory when I was about 8 years old, he picked me up when I finished school. His estate car, from that moment I always wanted an estate car.
From his retirement, along with Auntie Bet, often spent time with them both, from VHS loans, to DIY drill loans - always Uncle Jim.
Always the Uncle 'who had the answers'
Will never be forgotten uncle Jim, my closest uncle.
Rest now uncle Jim, my love and respect forever.💙

Jim was such a wonderful man, I have many great memories of him. It was funny when Deefer used to bark at him and he’d give him an ‘eeee- shut up’ and he was totally unfazed by him. I love to hear that he was independent to the end and I’d have expected no less. A true gentleman and lovely man. Rest in peace Jim. Love Em
