BrianRUTLEDGE(Low Fell, formerly of Lobley Hill ) Peacefully at home surrounded by love with his family on 27th September 2021, aged 59 years, Brian. Beloved husband of Susan, a much loved dad of Hannah, Beth and Aidan, father-in-law of James, a loved brother of Kevin. Would family and friends please meet for funeral service at St Peter's RC Church Low Fell on Thursday 7th October 2021 at 10am, followed by committal at Saltwell Crematorium at 11.15am. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to Macmillan Cancer Support and MS Society. Family request bright and cheery colours to be worn. All enquiries to Watson's Funeral Directors Ltd. Gateshead. Telephone (0191) 477 1484. The family would like to thank Elizabeth Rose Home Care for enabling Brian to live his last few months in the home he loved. "Surrounded by love"

The collection from the funeral and the wake came to 550 pound we have divided this between the two charities. Thank you so much to everyone who has donated as Brian would say we are “surrounded by love”
