SimonRUTTER24th March 2025, passed away peacefully in the presence of his family at his home in RAF Valley, aged 57 years. Beloved husband of Mandie. Loving father to Nicola and father-in-law to Liam. Proud devoted grandad to George Môn. Dear son of William and Denise and son-in-law to Lynne. Dear brother to Andy and Sarah, brother-in-law to Jason and Jo; Helen and Ian; and Angela. Simon will be truly missed by his family and friends.

Public service and committal at Bangor Crematorium on Tuesday 22nd April 2025 at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only but donations will be gratefully received in memory of Simon towards Alaw Ward, Ysbyty Gwynedd care of Awyr Lâs and a commemorative bench in Caerau, Simon's place of work - please make cheques payable to 'R & J Hughes and Son Ltd' or via our website www.rjhughesandson.co.uk. My heart hurts you’re not here, thank you for everything Dad, you were/are truly amazing and I think every person that ever met you could say the same.

Simon, you will live on in every one of our hearts. A true gentleman, so kind, thoughtful and generous. You were the best husband my sister could have hoped for, best Dad and grandfather too. You touched so many hearts, made us all laugh and were always a joy to be around. Anyone lucky enough to have known you can count themselves incredibly blessed. Thank you for being you. Simon, no woman I have ever known has been as fortunate as me to have been married to such an amazing man. You gave your all for everyone and asked for nothing in return.
