Much loved dad to Anne-Marie and the late Mark. Treasured grandad to Carla, Raven and Jay and great grandad to Maisie, Jaxson and Luna.

Funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium on Wednesday 20th September in the Round Chapel at 10:30am.

Donations in lieu of flowers to Macmillan Cancer Support may be left at the service or sent care of: A. W. Lymn
