ChristineSALEJames and all the family would like to extend a special and sincere word of thanks to all relatives and friends, for all their kindness and support at this sad time and for all the thoughtful cards and letters of condolence and generous donations received following their recent sad bereavement.
We would most especially like to thank all the staff at Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport, Macclesfield District General Hospital and Christie, Macclesfield for all their kindness and care shown throughout mum's illness and for which we are all so very grateful.
