Played football against Lynton in the Burslem junior school cup final in around 1972. He was playing for Moorland Rd and i was playing for Ball Green. I still have a scar on my shin from one of his tackles. Met him around 30yrs later in The Swan, Burslem for a Place/basement reunion. A lovely humble guy. RIP Lynton.
