Beloved Brother of Jean and the late David, Father of Tony, Judith and Wendy, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Arthur will be dearly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Tuesday 12th July, Committal 10.30am at The Gwent Crematorium followed by a service of celebration at St Julians Methodist Church, Newport 12.30pm. Family flowers only please.
