Peacefully at Picktree Court Care Home on 31st January 2016, aged 92 years, Betty, wife of the late John William, loving mother of Patricia, Elizabeth, Jacqueline and Michael, also a loving grandmother and great grandmother. Service at Methodist Church, North Burns at 11.00am on Wednesday 17th February. Family flowers only, donations in lieu for Alzheimer's Society, a box will be available at the service. God looked around his garden and found an empty place, He then looked down upon this earth and saw your tired face. He saw the road was getting rough and the hills were hard to climb, so he closed your weary eyelids and whispered, 'Peace be Thine'. You left us beautiful memories, your love is still our guide and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.
