Douglas JamesSANDERSDouglas passed away at his home, surrounded by his family on Monday 1st June 2026, aged 90 years.

Devoted husband to Elizabeth for 65 years, brother to the late Sheila, dearly loved Dad to Jane and Karen, respected father-in-law to Stephen, proud and much-loved grandfather to Lloyd, Lyndsey, Scott and their partners Jess, John and Sophie and loving great grandfather (Pops) to Faye, Rowan and Harri, brother-in-law to Denver, Lyn and the late Eric, and a dear uncle to all his nieces and nephews.

Cremation at Llanelli Crematorium at 9am on Monday 22nd June. All are welcome to join the family to celebrate Douglas' life at Gowerton Rugby Club, 22 Mill Street, SA4 3ED, after the funeral.

Family flowers only please, but donations in lieu may be sent to RNLI (Mumbles) The Boat House, Pier Road, Mumbles, SA3 4EN or Wales Air Ambulance Ty Elusen, Ffordd Angel, Llanelli Gate, Dafen, Llanelli SA14 8LQ
